Full automatic inspection system for plastic cards according to format ID1.
The system detects all deviations of print and defects on the surface of plastic cards.

** Card feeding via magazines with automatic magazine changer for up to 10 magazines.

** High-resolution cameras to check the surfaces and printed areas of the cards. Each camera set is able to be integrated for card front and card back side.

** Additionally inspection systems for UV-print, measurement of the card size as well as a spot check measurement system for card thickness can be integrated.
